Residency Veteran Application

Fill out the following form to be considered for residency. You must be a veteran and submit your DD214. We will do a background check and reach out via email or phone regarding the next steps. If accepted, you will be put on our waitlist. Applicants cannot be on the Sex Offender Registry. Applicants cannot have a felony within the last 5 years. These are the rules of the Brown County Housing Choice Voucher Program. Applicant must agree to be a good neighbor and sign a behavior agreement. Applicant must agree to work at least 20 hours a week and attend case management meetings as assigned.
